Dwight knew what they were talking about. Dwight's keystroke speed and accuracy are great! Dwight knows the AI keyboard inside and out and knows how to do workarounds if there's a tech issue.
Developing a higher level of skill, I hope he will keep up with what is happening in the real estate market in general. This is important as the lead can hit Dwight with something new out there. If Dwight pursues any other industry, Dwight must know the product inside and out.
